Someone else is using my e-mail?

1. Someone else created an account using my e-mail, what do I do?

If you have received an account creation e-mail, and that you did not create it, please verify in your household that no one used your e-mail to create a Woozworld account. If a child, brother or sister created an account and you do not wish for your e-mail to be used, please verify our knowledge book on how to modify the e-mail and password associated with a Woozworld account.

If it appears that someone outside your household may be using your e-mail address without your conscent, please contact us at http://help.woozworld.com/index.php?pg=request with the e-mail used, and we will change it in the best delays possible.

Forgot my password

1. How do I get my password back

In order to retrieve your password, you will need to click on the button « Forgot my password ». An e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail address associated with your Woozworld account. Make sure that you verify you "Spam" or "Junk" folders. Please note that it may take a few minutes before you actually receive the e-mail.

I think someone stole my account, what do I do?

1. Stolen account

We are sorry to hear that the security of your account may have been compromised. 

Please be aware that we have witnessed no case where a true account hack has occurred. A Woozworld account is stolen when the account login information :

-         Is shared with a real life friend.

-         Is shared with a friend or scammer within Woozworld.

-         Is shared with a scammer on Facebook or other social network.

-         Can be easily guessed.

-         Was written in a non-secure location.

Therefore, we strongly recommend choosing a secure and complex password but more importantly, never to share the account login information with anyone, aside from the parent(s), for any reason whatsoever. Members of the Woozband will never ask for account login information.

Lastly, the Woozband will do everything in our power to assist you recover access to your Woozworld account and restore its full security, however we cannot be held responsible for any lost items and/or Wooz. Woozworld account login information confidentiality is the sole responsibility of its owner. 

In order to recover your account, please contact the Woozworld support team at Woozworld submit a request page and enter "Stolen account, the e-mail address associated with your Woozworld account as well as the name(s) of the Woozen(s) on this account" in the Details field. We will ask you a few questions to make sure that you are the original owner of the account and do our best to assist you to recover your account in the best delays possible.

 Please take the time to read section 8.7 from our Terms and conditions;

8.7 You may be able to create an account on our Website with an email and password. As for your Woozen, or avatar, PLEASE CHOOSE A USERNAME THAT DOES NOT DISCLOSES YOUR PERSONAL IDENTITY. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account password, and you shall not share your password with anyone else, nor allow others to use your username, password or other account information, except for a parent or guardian. Sharing your password may lead to disappearance of items and Wooz from your account and Woozworld will not refund them. Woozworld can not be held responsible for any loss in your account. Also, asking for password will lead to account termination without any warnings.

**Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the account information were shared willingly. THE WOOZBAND WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD. ANYBODY CLAIMING TO NEED YOUR PASSWORD TO GIVE YOU ITEMS/WOOZ/VIP TIME IS ONLY OUT TO STEAL YOUR ACCOUNT. IF A WOOZEN IS TRYING TO TRICK YOU INTO SHARING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, REPORT THEM TO US AT Woozworld submit a request page**

How do I delete my account or Woozen?

1. How do I delete one of my Woozen?

Please be aware that there is no way to delete individual Woozens once they have been created. You can, however, buy new clothes and hairstyles for the ones you do have if you want to customize them to your liking.

2. How do I delete my account?

In an effort to improve the experience of our users in Woozworld, we are very much interested in finding out the feedback you may be willing to share concerning your and/or your child's experience with Woozworld. Therefore, if you are willing, please include more information pertaining to the reason for canceling your account. Thank you very much in advance for taking the time to submit these comments.

In order to delete your account completely, you will need to contact the Woozworld support team at http://help.woozworld.com/index.php?pg=request. Please take note that deleting your account will be permanent, and we will not be able to restore your account.

Unable to access/connect to my account

1. I am receiving a wrong username/password message.

If you are receiving a wrong username or password message, please verify that your cap lock key is not activated. Remember, your password is case sensitive. If you are still experiencing issues connecting to your account, please visit our knowledge book on how to retrieve your password here.

2. When I connect to my account I am receiving a suspension/banned message

When you connect to your account and receive a message saying that you were suspended or banned. Please take the time to read the message as it will explain why your account received a sanction.

 

If you believe that the sanction is unjustified, please contact us at http://help.woozworld.com/index.php?pg=request mentioning why you should not be sanctioned and we will investigate the situation.

How to manage my account ?

1. How do I choose my username and password?

Your username is your email address.

Your password is automatically generated by Woozworld and sent to you right after your subscription. You are free to change it. This password is essential to protect your access to personal pages in the Parent Zone, in which you can manage your account and your subscription.

2. Why does my child need a password?

Your child has a unique username that identifies him or her independently of your family account. Your child's password is very important to protect his or her profile information. However, if your child does not wish to enter a password at every login, he or her can simply check the "Remember my password" box.

3. How to cancel/view my subscription ?

In order to view/cancel your subscription to Woozworld, you will need to log into your account and go to www.woozworld.com. On the top right of your screen, you will need to click on the "Settings" button. And click on the "Account" tab. Manage account

At the bottom of that window, click on "Manage my membership". On that page you will be able to see the status of your subscription and cancel it if you wish to do so.

Please note that you cannot cancel a VIP Pass, it will expire on its own after the paid period expires.

**Please note that when you cancel your membership, you will still be able to play Woozworld for free. Only your VIP privileges will be cancelled.**

4. How to change my username and/or password ?

If you want to change your username/e-mail or password, below you will find out how you can modify the e-mail address and/or password associated with your Woozworld account by yourself.

 

-         Go to http://www.woozworld.com/.

-         If you are already logged in, click on the "Settings" button (looks like a hammer and wrench icon on the top-right of the play window).

  • Modify the e-mail address and/or password associated with your Woozworld account, enter your current password, then click the "Confirm" button.

Change username/Password

-         If you are not already logged in, click on the "Already a member? Sign in" button which can be found on the Woozworld header at the top of your screen, then log in using the e-mail address associated with your Woozworld account and password.

-         Wait for loading to be done and click on the "Settings" button (looks like a hammer and wrench icon on the top-right of the play window).

-         Modify the e-mail address and/or password associated with your Woozworld account then click the "Confirm" button.

 

If need be, please follow these instructions to recover the password to your account :

 

-         Go to http://www.woozworld.com/.

-         Click on the "Already a member? Sign in" button,

-         Click on the "Forgot your password?" link located at the bottom of the login box.

-         Then enter the e-mail address associated with your Woozworld account and click the "Send" button.

 

You will then receive an e-mail message at the e-mail address you associated with your account. The password for your Woozworld account will be included in this e-mail message. If you are unable to find the e-mail message containing your Woozworld account password, please be sure to check the spam/junk folders of your e-mail account.

 

You can easily manage all e-mail addresses and passwords for each of your Woozworld accounts and profiles this way.
